Mickey's Marinaded Roast
For a marinade: Add 2 tablespoons of Mickey & T"s Beef Rub to 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1 Cup of red wine (or red wine vinegar). Place meat in glass container, add marinade & turn a couple of times to coat. Place in refrigerator to marinate 1-2 hours covered. (Or if left in frig overnight, be sure to turn meat during marination to get the full benefits & keep covered).
Place Beef and marinade in roasting pan, BAKE in 350 degree oven until done (up to 1.5 hrs depending on how large the roast is). Use a Meat Thermometer, Rare is 150 degrees and red to pink center. 175 degrees is well done and no pink.
Mickey & T's Beef Rub on Pot Roast
Place Pot Roast in roasting pan, brush with 2-3 tablespoons of Olive oil, then sprinkle Mickey & T's Beef Rub spice onto the Pot Roast. Rub or pat on all over on the roast.
BAKE at 350 degrees until done. Internal temperature with a meat thermometer at 170 degrees will be well done. (Can use the same recipe exchanging the All American seasoning in place of the Beef Rub). __________________________________________________
Use as a dry rub by lightly brushing meat with oil and then gently rubbing Beef Rub on and into meats, steaks. & ribs. Rub spice into meat until spices are moist.
