Taste of France Recipe

                    Chicken & Herbs

  • 1 Whole Chicken (Cut in half or pieces)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Mickey & T's Taste of France
  • 1 Cup of White Wine

Brush chicken (or meat) with oil, then shake or add 1-2 tsp of Mickey & T's Taste of France over bird.

Pan sear in heated oven-proof pan; add 1 Cup of white wine; reduce to simmer; then place oven-proof pan (careful it's HOT) in preheated 350 degree oven to finish cooking until juices run clear (usually 45 minutes for 1 chicken; or 30 minutes for veal chops).


Mickey & T's Taste of France is great on meat, veal chops, roasted chicken, grilled fish, omelets or in sautéed vegetables; in soups & sauces.
Mix with oil and red or white wine (or vinegar if no alcohol is preferred) and it becomes a great marinade for chicken, lamb, beef or fish. Use a perfect compliment to your grilled foods.

Mix with wine vinegar, olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1/2 lime and whisk until well incorporated and you have a great salad dressing.
