Greek Pork Chops
In a small bowl combine broth, lemon peel, lemon juice, Mickey & T's Great Garlic, & Taste of Greece; capers and cornstarch- set aside.
Season Pork Chops with pepper. In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook Pork Chops 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to platter to hold.
Reduce heat to medium, stirring broth mixture while adding to pan. Cook & stir for 1 minute. Return Pork Chops and juices to skillet. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes (or until juices run clear~160 degrees); turning once. Plate, spoon sauce over pork, & serve.
** Chicken or veal could be substituted in this recipe **
Lamb Kabobs
Place meat on platter, pour Olive Oil over meat and mix well. Sprinkle both Mickey & T's Taste of Greece and Mickey & T's Great Garlic Pepper over meat, and mix so it covers all sides. Let marinade/set in the Olive Oil for 10 minutes. Try to cut all vegetable pieces to a uniform size. Add veggies to oil and meat and mix well.
Load the Skewer: Alternate pieces of Green Pepper, Lamb, Onion & Red Peppers. Repeat until you have loaded all onto a skewers.
Place on hot grill (over high heat), cooking for 6-8 minutes PER SIDE.* Serve and Enjoy!
* Some folks prefer medium-rare lamb. If so, cook 3-4 minutes per side.
