• 3 Tablespoons of Mickey & T's Taste of Italy
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mickey & T's Great Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic (in Jar)
  • 1/2 of very small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 #10 Can (102 oz) of Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1-2 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine (optional)


 Add Micky & T's Taste of Italy to your sauces.

Start with small amount of olive oil in 8 qt pot/Dutch Oven on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, parsley and 1 tablespoon each of Mickey & T's Great Garlic and Taste of Italy to olive oil and simmer to start your sauce. Add 1 cup of crushed tomatoes and  bring to boil. Add the remaining crushed tomatoes (black pepper and wine). Immediately LOWER heat & simmer 30-50 minutes. Cook your pasta; add your sauce, top with cheese and serve.



  • 1 Lb Ground Beef (90%)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mickey & T's Great Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mickey & T's Taste of Italy
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic (in jar)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Progresso Bread Crumbs
  • 1-2 handful of soaked Italian Bread ( crust removed; soaked in water for 3 minutes; then squeeze all the excess water out; it will be mushy)
  • Mix all ingredients well by hand; form into large balls; and drop into sauce that is already lightly boiling. Cover and continue cooking on Medium heat for 20 minutes- stir occasionally, then lower heat to LOW for at least 10 more minutes. Serve with your pasta, or make meatball subs on fresh crusty bread.
